Can CURB remind me?
Yes. Tap your curb on the map, then Sweep alerts: a push the evening before and 30 minutes before it starts, on Sacramento time, or put it in your calendar. An overnight sweep gets one alert around 9 PM the evening before. On iPhone, add the map to your Home Screen first.
Is CURB free?
Yes. Free, with no account and no ads, and open source on GitHub. CURB started in San Francisco; the Sacramento map is built on the City's open data.

Where the data comes from
The City's on-street parking data (Public Works, updated daily): 7,497 parking spaces with a City services day, placed on the County's street centerlines and grouped into 1,014 block sides. Whether a block is restricted every week or the first week of the month comes from the City's 2018 sign inventory, the latest it publishes. The posted sign always wins: temporary signs and holidays override everything here.
