Can CURB remind me?
Yes. Tap your curb on the map, then Sweep alerts: a push the evening before and 30 minutes before it starts, on Pittsburgh time, or put it in your calendar. An overnight sweep gets one alert around 9 PM the evening before. On iPhone, add the map to your Home Screen first.
Is CURB free?
Yes. Free, with no account and no ads, and open source on GitHub. CURB started in San Francisco; the Pittsburgh map is built on the City's open data.
The City's holidays.
Street cleaning stops on these holidays, and CURB's colors and alerts skip them.

Where the data comes from
Days come from the sweep codes on the City's street centerlines (Public Works): 2SW10A-4M means the 4th Monday of the month. The City publishes no hours per block; it says neighborhood sweeping runs from after 8 AM to about 2:30 PM, so that is the window shown. The sign on the block wins. The posted sign always wins: temporary signs and holidays override everything here.
