Can CURB remind me?
Yes. Tap your curb on the map, then Sweep alerts: a push the evening before and 30 minutes before it starts, on Philadelphia time, or put it in your calendar. An overnight sweep gets one alert around 9 PM the evening before. On iPhone, add the map to your Home Screen first.
Is CURB free?
Yes. Free, with no account and no ads, and open source on GitHub. CURB started in San Francisco; the Philadelphia map is built on the City's open data.
The City's holidays.
Street cleaning stops on these holidays, and CURB's colors and alerts skip them.

Where the data comes from
Days and windows come from the City's SweepPHL route map (Streets Department), placed on each side of the street by its even or odd house numbers. The City posts no parking signs only on blocks wide enough to move cars and the data does not say which, so every route block is shown: the sign on the block wins. The posted sign always wins: temporary signs and holidays override everything here.
