Can CURB remind me?
Yes. Tap your curb on the map, then Sweep alerts: a push the evening before and 30 minutes before it starts, on Madison time, or put it in your calendar. An overnight sweep gets one alert around 9 PM the evening before. On iPhone, add the map to your Home Screen first.
Is CURB free?
Yes. Free, with no account and no ads, and open source on GitHub. CURB started in San Francisco; the Madison map is built on the City's open data.
The City's holidays.
CURB keeps the rules on these days too, to be safe. The posted sign has the final word.

Where the data comes from
Sweeping rules come from the City's Street Sweeping Restrictions (the posted signs), placed on the City's street centerlines by the curb side they are drawn on. The winter rule follows the ordinance on every City street with house numbers outside the Snow Emergency Zone, on the side the address ranges give. The posted sign always wins: temporary signs and holidays override everything here.
