Can CURB remind me?
Yes. Tap your curb on the map, then Sweep alerts: a push the evening before and 30 minutes before it starts, on Hoboken time, or put it in your calendar. An overnight sweep gets one alert around 9 PM the evening before. On iPhone, add the map to your Home Screen first.
Is CURB free?
Yes. Free, with no account and no ads, and open source on GitHub. CURB started in San Francisco; the Hoboken map is built on the City's open data.

Where the data comes from
Days and hours come from the alternate side parking schedule in the Hoboken Code (section 190-28), placed on the City's street map, which carries an older copy of the same schedule; where the two differ, the Code is shown. The sign on the block wins. The posted sign always wins: temporary signs and holidays override everything here.
